NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an annual general meeting (“AGM”) of St. Rose of Lima’s School Past Students’ Association (Primary Section) of 2023 will be held at Multi-Function Room on 7th floor, in St. Rose of Lima’s School, 4 Embankment Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong and also online via Zoom on 15th July Saturday at 2:00 pm for the following purposes:

 

 

1. The President’s Report

2. The Treasurer’s Report

3. Election of Executive Committee 2023-2025

4. Any Other Business

 

 

This event is for members only. For those who are not able to attend the meeting, you are welcome to nominate fellow Rosian member to stand for the election of the ExCo and/or to vote on your behalf.  Please find the reply form and the proxy form attached.  Since the meeting will also be held online, please send the forms to srlrosianprimary@gmail.com on or before 13th July, 2023.
